Until now, London’s One Hyde Park was home to the most expensive penthouse in the world, sold earlier this year for nearly $240 million. But there’s a new record-holder in play. Monaco is opening its first skyscraper in 30 years, so of course they had to go big!
When completed, the Odeon Tower will be 557 feet/170 meters tall and will include the world’s most expensive penthouse with the mind blowing price tag of $400 million.
