The iconic Pebble Beach Resorts unveiled a stunning new guest room complex in August: Fairway One at The Lodge. Among its guest rooms is an entirely new offering at the resort – two stand-alone cottages. Designed to be a dream home away from home for guests, the cottages are ideal for holiday travel, multi-generational trips, or for the ultimate girls’/guys’ getaway.
Named The Eastwood Cottage and The Palmer Cottage for two of the more famous owners and board members of Pebble Beach Company – Clint Eastwood and Arnold Palmer, each cottage features a decadent living room flanked by a pair of big screen TVs, an open kitchen and wet bar for entertaining, a stacked-stone fireplace perfect for a holiday gathering, and luxurious furnishings that will have guests questioning whether they should ever leave. Giant windows unveil views of the famed first fairway at Pebble Beach Golf Links, one that can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace in front of a fire pit.
On the heels of unveiling Fairway One, which also includes 38 guest rooms and a meeting facility, Pebble Beach Resorts continues its grand metamorphosis as it prepares to host the 2018 U.S. Amateur and 2018 U.S. Open championships, and ramps up for its 100th anniversary celebration in 2019. Among the impressive upgrades is the phased renovation of all 454 guest rooms at The Lodge, The Inn at Spanish Bay and Casa Palmero, and subtle restorations to Pebble Beach Golf Links.
All existing accommodations are getting a fresh take on the traditional look and feel identified with Pebble Beach. Renovated guestrooms at The Lodge and The Inn will feature such enhancements as expanded window walls in all ocean-front rooms for optimal views, substantial bathroom upgrades, and new furnishings and accessories throughout. These investments further solidify Pebble Beach’s reputation as North America’s premier coastal golf resort.
