To sell out condominium developments faster, real estate developers are carefully selecting interior designers, launching collections and curating packages that go beyond the mere of staging and speak to its clientele needs.

Brickell City Centre’s Reach and Rise

Swire Properties Inc tapped into award-winning interior designer Steven G. to design a collection of 10 model units at the Rise Residence, the luxury residential tower atop of Miami’s $1.05 billion landmark, Brickell City Centre. Each model unit was designed with a different buyer in mind, speaking to a wide-range of homebuyers’ taste – from the minimalist, maximalist to the all-white aficionado. With its well-traveled clientele top-of-mind, Swire Properties also created packages to allow buyers to purchase the fully furnished packages vs. individual pieces. Now buyers can live atop of the mega masterpiece, as if they have hired their very own interior designer. Residences start at $650,000 and upwards.

Artefacto and Piero Lissoni Model Units at Oceana Bal Harbour

Oceana Bal Harbour, one of the most elite addresses in all of South Florida, recently listed two model residences, one designed by Brazilian furniture designer, Artefacto and the other designed by world-celebrated Italian designer Piero Lissoni. These two model residences allow the Director of Sales, Ernesto Cohan to show different aspects of the property for prospective buyers giving them the opportunity to see what it would be like to buy a residence there, maybe even one of the model units.  The Artefacto unit is designed with natural materials, linens, stainless steel and exotic woods in perfect symmetry with a 1,595-square-foot terrace. The Piero Lissoni unit features a gallery-like openness with Lissoni’s sensibilities felt throughout with a combination of marble, woods and earthy tones and modern minimalism furnishings. The Artefacto and Piero Lissoni teams are available to design and stage individual residences.

Steven G. Model Unit at Turnberry Ocean Club

At Turnberry Ocean Club, Steven G. was brough in to design the model unit in the sales gallery while the project is under construction. The model unit is so detailed it gives potential buyers a state-of-the-art experience, down to every detail what it would be like living at Turnberry Ocean Club, including the 11-foot terrace and “ocean and Biscayne views.” The property’s architect is Carlos Zapata, the interior architect is Robert Swedroe, the interior architect of the amenity spaces and sky club is Janice Clausen of CCID and the landscape architect is Richard Hallick from EDSA. Setting the new standard for ultra-luxury living, Turnberry Ocean Club is expected to be completed by the end of 2019. Steven G. is available to residents for interior design and staging in their private residences.
