Brickell City Centre’s Reach and Rise
Swire Properties Inc tapped into award-winning interior designer Steven G. to design a collection of 10 model units at the Rise Residence, the luxury residential tower atop of Miami’s $1.05 billion landmark, Brickell City Centre. Each model unit was designed with a different buyer in mind, speaking to a wide-range of homebuyers’ taste – from the minimalist, maximalist to the all-white aficionado. With its well-traveled clientele top-of-mind, Swire Properties also created packages to allow buyers to purchase the fully furnished packages vs. individual pieces. Now buyers can live atop of the mega masterpiece, as if they have hired their very own interior designer. Residences start at $650,000 and upwards.
