Degustazione Funghi at Armani / Ristorante

Fans of all things funghi will love what’s on the menu at Armani/Ristorante this September with a six-degustation dedicated to the rich, aromatic, earthy mushroom. The inspired menu celebrates the mushroom in all its exquisite forms from wood ear and shitake to the sought-after porcini. Dine on a progressive collection of palate-delighting dishes including a puff pacchero with shitake mushroom foam, red tuna tataki in a wood ear mushroom broth with wild rocket and porcini and acquerello risotto to herb-rubbed lamb saddle accompanied by artichoke and a honey mushroom and black grape reduction. Mushrooms even make an appearance in dessert with our signature chocolate sphere served with caramelised chanterelles.
