On Valentine’s Day, the Three-Michelin-Star La Pergola will serve an eight-course meal by renowned Chef Heinz Beck. The meal will be accompanied by live music and a fine selection of prestigious labels from La Pergola’s award-winning 70,000+ bottle wine cellar. Uliveto Restaurant will present a five-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Fabio Boschero and his team, starting with Wagyu beef carpaccio with avocado mousse and chili chips and concluding with a “Dolcincontro” Dessert to share, created by Executive Pastry Chef Dario Nuti. The dinner will start and end with delicious cocktails, and will be accompanied by fine wines selected by the Rome Cavalieri Sommelier.
