Miami’s House of One Introduces Bespoke Design for Home Staging

House of One

After immersing herself in luxury interior design for the past 5+ years, Brittany Farinas is expanding her Miami-based firm with the launch of House of One Luxury Staging.

As the 28-year-old CEO and Creative Director at House of One, Brittany is renowned for her custom furniture designs, a hallmark she’s now introducing to the real estate market. Recognizing that her clients were achieving remarkable returns— doubling or sometimes tripling their property’s purchasing price—she understood the broad appeal of her tailored process.

“House of One will be combining a bespoke approach to staging and an expert knowledge of the high-end property market to effectively position and sell a space faster,” says Farinas. “Staged homes, staged before listing, sell 90% faster, according to the most recent statistics released by the Real Estate Staging Association. With House of One Luxury Staging, we are planning to increase that statistic to 100%.”

Through their distinctive line of furnishings, artwork, lighting, and accessories, House of One will infuse the essence of a personalized forever home into South Florida properties.

At House of One, no design is ever the same.  By prioritizing creativity and an exceptional client experience, CEO + Creative Director Brittany Farinas is known for guaranteeing that every client experiences The Art of Living With Style. With their promise to deliver a distinct style of seamless luxury living, HO1 creates fluid interiors through elaborate spatial planning and FF&E selection. Some of the firm’s current projects include a residence at the highly anticipated Missoni building in Miami, an interiors yacht concept for Tampa Bay Rays owner Randy Frankel, and a property at The Ritz-Carlton Residences which recently sold for 8 million!
