Top 10 Beach Destinations for Millionaire Entrepreneurs

Antigua

Nomad Capitalist—a boutique consulting firm serving global entrepreneurs—has just released the 2021 Nomad Beach Index (NBI), uncovering the world’s top 10 beach destinations for seven-figure nomad capitalists in 2021. The first since 2019, this year’s NBI can be accessed here.

The NBI results from aggregating data from over 30 different, unique sources, ranking the top 36 beach destinations worldwide on a scale of 10 to 50 using the following factors: Beauty (30 percent), services (20 percent), taxes (20 percent), immigration (20 percent), and safety (10 percent). This year, the Cayman Islands topped the list, due to its status as a Caribbean tax haven for investors who do not wish to deal with the complicated tax laws of other countries.

The top 10 beach destinations are as follows:

  1. The Cayman Islands
  2. The Bahamas
  3. Antigua and Barbuda (pictured)
  4. St. Kitts and Nevis
  5. Crete, Greece; Langkawi, Malaysia (two-way tie)
  6. Budva, Montenegro; Dominican Republic; Cozumel, Mexico (three-way tie)
  7. Vanuatu; Mauritius; Koh Samui, Thailand (three-way tie)

As a leading offshore consulting firm, Nomad Capitalist assists its clients—many of them celebrities—with attaining second passports and citizenships, moving and building wealth offshore, and legally lowering taxes, among other services. Founded by Andrew Henderson—the original “Nomad Capitalist”—the firm represents more than 150 high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients in any given year, primarily from the United States.
