Billionaire’s Enclave Lists Beachfront Estate on Florida’s Treasure Coast

Windsor Florida is the storied private community in Vero Beach, Florida.

At $21.75 million, Windsor is to list 10570 Eton Way becoming one of the highest priced properties in Vero Beach. The oceanfront home is owned by Jay Newman, an American novelist and a former hedge fund portfolio manager who led one of the most notable hedge fund trades in history; his debut novel, Undermoney, was published in 2022. The 13,596-square-foot seven-bedroom estate offers 130 feet of beach frontage and offers the true luxury of indoor/outdoor living space.

Windsor, developed in 1990 by Galen and Hillary Weston (of Selfridges), continues to be a hub for the wealthy comprising 350 homesites including village homes, cottages, and beachfront estates. Currently, Windsor is expanding as they have officially launched their last phase of development, The North Village.

The development will offer an additional 34 homesites and six row houses, featuring 26.5 acres of natural area and 9.7 acres of lake and estuary along the Indian River Lagoon.
