Stephane De Baets owns the St Regis Aspen through his holding company Elevated Returns. Elevated also controls hotels and properties across Asia and the US. Elevated Returns owns and manages USD 500 million in assets.
Stephane wants to democratize ownership of world class trophy properties that are currently controlled, bought, and sold by a tiny group of the mega rich. He’s released 20% of St Regis ownership to the public at large. This is especially great for investors that frequent the St Regis because they get discounts based on the amount of stock they own. Chefs Club Aspen is currently The Snow Lodge,( The winter home of the famous Montauk Surf Lodge on Eastern Long Island).For pandemic times they have been taking the Chefs club on the road creating unique one of a kind culinary experiences for private clients and corporations.
For his second Aspen project Stephane is just closing on the purchase of another legendary Aspen location. He will be developing a world class spa and hotel.
Stephane resides in another legendary property. He renovated the former estate of John Denver in Aspen. John Denver is to Aspen what Don Ho is in Hawaii or Frank Sinatra in Hoboken.
