The prominent oceanfront development along the famed Los Cabos Corridor reached this milestone a little more than a year after breaking ground on construction and launching formal sales.

According to Cabo Real Estate Services, a website and blog serving and educating home buyers and sellers, 2021 closed as the biggest year ever, with more than $1.6 billion in sales. The first quarter of 2022 saw more than $650 million in sales, and in the second quarter demand remains strong, and prices are holding.
“It has been a record-breaking year for both the Four Seasons residences and what we are offering at Cove Club, and we anticipate the interest to continue beyond the resort’s opening,” said Carlton.
