Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas Sold Out of Current Inventory

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas

California-based Oakmont Corporation and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, an international leader in luxury hospitality, announces today that Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol has sold out of all available residences with more than $300 million in real estate sales since mid-2021. The prominent oceanfront development along the famed Los Cabos Corridor reached this milestone a little more than a year after breaking ground on construction and launching formal sales.

“The overwhelming demand for ownership at the development is a testament to continued strong interest in Cabo San Lucas, the project’s superior location along the corridor and the quality and design standards associated with the Four Seasons brand,” said Peter Carlton, President of Oakmont Corporation, the owner of Cabo Del Sol.

The current demand for luxury real estate in Cabo San Lucas contributed to the project’s success. According to Cabo Real Estate Services, a website and blog serving and educating home buyers and sellers, 2021 closed as the biggest year ever, with more than $1.6 billion in sales. The first quarter of 2022 saw more than $650 million in sales, and in the second quarter demand remains strong, and prices are holding.

“It has been a record-breaking year for both the Four Seasons residences and what we are offering at Cove Club, and we anticipate the interest to continue beyond the resort’s opening,” said Carlton.

Located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol lies on 50 breathtaking beachfront acres and is being built within the exclusive Cove Club, a 500-acre private club and community within the master planned Cabo Del Sol development. Owners may enter their residences into the Four Seasons Private Retreats rental program, and they can purchase membership in Cove Club, the newest exclusive golf and beach club in Los Cabos.

Every aspect of the resort and residential community is currently under construction including the spa and restaurants. When complete in fall-2023, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences will include 61 branded two- to seven-bedroom residences, each offering direct and expansive ocean views, plus a 96-room resort including multiple pools, restaurants, a signature spa, a cutting-edge fitness facility, a Kid’s Club, and a Mercado offering premium brands and the finest local vendors.

The final phase of the project will be the Four Seasons Private Estates, which will include 15 private estates and homesites, will be available for sale later this year. Overlooking the 9th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Cove Course with sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, the private estates will offer buyers the choice of six floor plans ranging from four- to seven-bedrooms starting at 3,485 square feet of indoor space with prices starting at $7.5 million.
